Clearance Policy

Clearance Discounts: All lots are priced to clear – discounted prices on all clearance lots are applied to full lot purchases only. Larger clearance may be split down, on request, and purchased at the original retail price.

Clearance Stock: Although we strive to ensure the most accurate information is posted on our website – clearance stock can ONLY be guaranteed when your order is placed.

Clearance Returns: Once clearance lot orders are finalised and paid for in full, no refunds or returns will be accepted.


Delivery Information

Quick, Efficient Delivery: Next Working Day Delivery is available on all our products. The cut-off for Next Working Day Delivery is 10am Monday – Thursday. Orders placed after 10am will be delivered on the subsequent working day. Please note that Next Working Day Delivery cannot be guaranteed and is subject to the discretion of our independent haulier. However, our independent haulier will strive to accommodate this wherever possible.

For example, an order placed at 10am on Monday will be delivered on Tuesday. An order placed at 12:30pm on Monday will be delivered on Wednesday. Orders placed after 10am on a Thursday will be delivered on the following Monday.


Pallet Deliveries:  All orders will be delivered on a large vehicle with a tail-lift. The delivery will be a kerbside delivery. Please notify us at the time of order if we may have trouble delivering your order to the kerbside of your property in a large vehicle.

Once the order is despatched from our warehouse and with our haulier, they may call you 1-2 hours before delivery to confirm your drop off.


Bank Holidays:  Please be aware that our warehouse and our hauliers do not operate Bank Holidays or Weekends.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

How long does delivery take and how do I know when my order will arrive?

Delivery takes no more than a few working days from order receipt. Once your order is collected by our haulier, they will contact you by phone to arrange a time for delivery. All orders are delivered between 8am and 6pm Monday-Friday.


Can my order be delivered at a specific time?

On standard deliveries, we are unable to allocate a time for delivery. Timed delivery can be purchased and arranged at additional cost.


What should I do when my order arrives?

When your order arrives, please check that you have received everything expected and that nothing is damaged. You should also check that the batch information matches across all boxes of the same product.


Can I return my pallet with the driver?

We use a courier network to deliver all palletised deliveries. This enables us to keep our prices low and therefore unfortunately, this means the driver is unable to take your pallet away with him.


What do I do if some of my order arrives damaged?

Tiles are a fragile product during transit, from time to time tiles can get damaged during the delivery process. If your order is damaged, please mark the delivery docket as ‘damaged’ and take clear photos of the damage and the batch information and email them to info@mccartneytiles.com. Failure to complete these processes will invalidate our claim with the haulier


I need tiles of a specific batch, how do I arrange this?

If you are ordering extra tiles to complete a project, you will need to provide the batch information to ensure the tiles match. Please note that if tiles are marked at clearance, and the full lot has been purchased, there will be no extra tiles available. Please confirm measurements before ordering.


I need to amend my order, can I do this?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change products or quantities on orders once they have been dispatched.
