Since our inception, we have always strived to offer a simple yet effective service for our commercial customers and their clients. 40 years on, we are proud to have worked with some of Northern Ireland’s top building contractors – both in the residential and commercial sectors.

To ensure your clients receive the best service possible, we have a dedicated member of our team that will take them on a one-to-one tour through our showrooms, ensuring they are satisfied with their choices for their new home.

Before development has begun, we would offer and accommodate a meeting with yourselves or your planners. During this time we would go over and confirm a variety of options for the turnkey specifications for your development. During this initial stage, you would also have the opportunity to choose a set of tile ranges for your development or alternatively, a price per square metre can be decided as turnkey for your home therefore allowing your clients free reign over all of our showrooms.

Once we receive your clients’ information – either directly from your office or from your chosen estate agents – we will contact them via phone or email asking them to book an appointment with us. Once your clients have booked in, we will gather together the plans and information about their chosen house type (if more than one house type is available).

After your clients have visited us and are satisfied with their tile choices, we would begin the breakdown process. During this stage we would produce a quoted price with a detailed breakdown of any upgrades (if applicable) as well as a unique set of tilers instructions that are individual to each client, for their approval. Once the client has confirmed their choices, we would then send you a detailed breakdown and copy of each set of tilers instructions for you to advise if you wish to proceed.

We can offer your clients thousands of tiles – some are stock items held in our warehouses in Randalstown or Kilkeel, and some are special order items direct from of our Spanish or Italian Factories. During the selection stage, we will liase with your development office or site foreman to ensure that all of the chosen material will arrive to your site on time.
